The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) Directorate of Administrative Programs (DAP) Office of Training and Education (OTE) has a requirement for annual inspection, repair and maintenance services of OSHA Training Institute (OTI) Training Equipment, as outlined in the attached solicitation. The government anticipates award of a Firm-Fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Parts 12, and 13. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated performance is one 12-month Base period and four 12-month option periods. Questions must be submitted in accordance with the solicitation instructions by 12:00PM EST on 9/06/2023.
