Department of Labor, OSHA Atlanta office requires meeting space in Gainesville, GA within two miles of the following address: 2093 Industrial Drive, Gainesville, GA 30504 for a period not to exceed 180 days beginning on or around February 18, 2021. Period of performance: Base: February 18, 2021 – March 17, 2021 Option Period 1: March 18, 2021 – April 17, 2021 Option Period 2: April 18, 2021 – May 17, 2021 Option Period 3: May 18, 2021 – June 17, 2021 Option Period 4: June 18, 2021 – June 30, 2021 The total performance period will not exceed 180 days, but it may be completed sooner. Ten day notice will be provided to notify vendors if the government intends to exercise the upcoming option period. Specifications: The space must be available for the entire period of performance including weekends and holidays. The government may bring in small office machines like scanners and printers, as well as file cabinets to store materials. The meeting space must consist of: Large conference room that can hold up to 10 people socially distanced at least 6 feet apart. The room must have tables and chairs to accommodate the individuals working along with extra tables for a scanner, printer, and other small office equipment. The equipment will be provided by DOL. The space must have enough electrical outlets and/or surge protectors to accommodate 10 laptops and the small office equipment. The space must be able to be secured. No hotel personnel can access the space without a government employee available. Two breakout rooms that can hold up to 3 people socially distanced at least 6 feet apart. The room must have tables and chairs to accommodate the individuals. The space must have electrical outlets.
