The Directorate of Standards and Guidance (DSG) is the organization within the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) responsible for all work involved in developing proposed and final standards and guidance material for the protection of employees’ safety and health. Standards involve regulation of toxic chemicals, harmful physical and biological agents, and safety hazards such as electricity, unguarded machines, flammable agents and areas of chemical, fire protection and safety systems engineering. Guidance materials may be developed on a wide range of safety and health hazards, and may be presented in many different forms, including documents, online materials, and audiovisual materials. This request for information is to conduct market research regarding small business entities that are technically capable to provide the support described within this statement of work. Proposals shall be typed, double-spaced, with one inch margins, using Courier 10 pitch type (or equivalent) and printed, unreduced in size, on 8-1/2 inch by 11 inch paper, not exceeding 10 pages single sided summarizing the vendors technical capabilities and relevant experience and resources.
