The U.S. Department of Labor is soliciting offers from qualified construction contractors that have the qualifications and experience for the construction of the Welcome Center and the Medical & Dental Buildings at the St. Louis Job Corps Center in St. Louis, MO. This project is being done to complete construction which include, but are not limited to, the demolition and removal of nine various one story buildings of approximately 15,000 gross square feet, the abatement and disposal of hazardous materials, the construction of a new Welcome Center of approximately 1,600 gross square feet, and the construction of a new Medical & Dental Building of approximately 7,500 gross square feet within the campus of the St. Louis Job Corps Center located in St. Louis Missouri. The requirement also involves the construction of new roads and parking lots, landscaping, storm drainage and utility line connections and site lighting. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a full and open acquisition under NAICS Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 million.
