The contractor shall complete all work outlined in the Scope of Work for the renovation and improvements to the Campus-Wide Storm Water Management Drainage System at the Delaware Valley JCC. Project consists of providing construction services required for the renovation and improvements to the campus-wide storm water management drainage system. Associated work includes, but is not limited to, phased installation of drainage piping, catch basins, and associated demolition; excavation, trenching, grubbing, regrading of the site to create new swales and control drainage. Also included in the project are miscellaneous paved roadway restoration, grounds restoration and related work. Additionally, the contractor shall furnish and include a price for all professional services, supervision, labor, material, transportation, equipment and services, unless otherwise specified herein, required under this contract for the following firm fixed price and within the time specified herein. This price shall also include overhead insurance and fees, profit and all cost for project General Requirements. Amendment 0001: 1.
