The services shall be performed on a fixed price basis for the period of September 30, 2022 through September 29, 2023 with four twelve-month option periods. This services shall provide OSPE procurement professionals with acquisition knowledge management and research services that provides up to date acquisition information 24 hours a day, 7-days a week, year round.
