The solicitation number is 1083772_01 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611430 with a small business size standard of $11.00M. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified sellers may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.UnisonMarketplace.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted, and, unless otherwise displayed at www.UnisonMarketplace.com, will end on: 2021-09-24 10:00:00.0 Eastern Time. This time supersedes the Offers Due Time listed above. FOB Destination shall be in the Statement of Work. The DOL - CAS DIVISION 2 PROCUREMENT requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Focus Groups. The Focus Groups component is designed to facilitate discussions around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The contractor shall design the sessions to be forward-looking and focused on solutions and steps that can be taken to build trust. The contractor will work with the OWI DEI Workgroup to determine the focus groups and the discussion topics. The contractor will provide an analysis of the focus group discussions, to assist in generating topic areas for further DEI training and next steps for enhancing the organizational culture., 1, JOB; LI 002: (Optional Requirement) Equity Training. The contractor will deliver the Equity Training for both managers and staff, to move staff and managers from current state into a growth/opportunity mindset. The work on this component will include: • Development of curriculum for the topic areas determined through the analysis of focus group discussions; • Consultation on curriculum development for Government approval of curriculum design; • In-class delivery (virtual) of the approved curriculum; and • Provision to the Government of recommendations for future action, based on contractor assessments and results of training activities., 1, JOB; Solicitation and Buy Attachments ***Question Submission: Interested Offerers must submit any questions concerning the solicitation at the earliest time possible to enable the Buyer to respond. Questions not received within a reasonable time prior to close of the solicitation may not be considered.*** For this solicitation, DOL - CAS DIVISION 2 PROCUREMENT intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. An Offeror may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DOL - CAS DIVISION 2 PROCUREMENT is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real-time bids.
