The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is issuing this Market Research, Request for Information (RFI) for information gathering purposes only. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit industry’s assistance and best practices to understand the elements/tasks that would comprise a comprehensive National Vehicle Outfitting (NVO). The Government anticipates this RFI will lead to a future Request for Quotes (RFQ) release that may result in one or more awards. After receipt of responses to this RFI, the Government may engage certain RFI respondents at its discretion for further discussions regarding their responses.
