This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation #RFQ-UA130205. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02_2. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Miami, Florida intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to a responsible small business entity for the provision of GENERAL REQUREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: THIS RFQ IS TO SUPPLY TWO (2) NEW FREEZER EQUIPMENT FO REXISTING COOLER. SUPPLY AND DELIVERY ONLY. TWO (2) NEW INDEPENDENT REFRIGERATION WALK IN FREEZER EQUIPMENT TOTALING (30) HORSE POWER. TWO (2) CONDENSER MODEL # RBDS15L4SEA - 15HP - 230 V - 3 -H - R404A REFRIGERANT INCLUDES COPELAND DISCUS COMPRESSOR, FACTORY MOUNTED LIQUID LINE DRIER, SIGHT GLASS, DUAL PRESSURE CONTROL, ELECTRIC DEFROST TIMER KIT, SEALED SUCTION FILTER, SUCTION LINE ACCULUATOR, OIL SEPARATOR AND UL OUTDOOR COVER. TWO (2) - EVAPORATOR MODEL # UEL3-660DP - 11800 CFM - 230 VOLT - 3PH INCLUDES THREE (3) FAN ASSEMBLY, FACTORY MOUNTED EXPANSION VALVE AND SOLENOID VAVE KIT TWO (2) - TEMPERATURE CONTROLLERS MODEL # ETC-111000 CONTRACT PRICING: Contract pricing shall include all charges to the Government required by this solicitation (e.g., shipping and handling). The Government reserves the right to award without discussion; therefore, the initial quote should contain the quoters best terms format price standpoint. Quoters are hereby notified that an offer of contract award shall be extended to the responsive/responsible quoter submitting the lowest price, technically acceptable quote.
