The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), TSC requests capability evidence of Alaskan Native Corperation's with professional services firms with expertise in development, O&M and Service Desk support. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), TSC requests capability evidence of professional services firms with expertise in development, O&M and Service Desk support. The Development Program designs, documents, develops, modifies, tests, deploys, and supports new or existing TSC IT application software on Unclassified, Secret and Top Secret enclaves, in a team-based Agile environment, using automated deployment tools when feasible. O&M maintains Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional groups. All groups plan and coordinate the installation, testing, operation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the TSC hardware and software infrastructure; new or existing application software; the cloud environment; and/or Unclassified, Secret and Top Secret networked systems. The Service Desk provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 support and is maintained 24/7/365 in support of the TSC mission. The Service Desk manages all service and support requests for the TSC, including but not limited to matters regarding TSC information technology, facilities, logistics, and security. The Service Desk is a separate entity from the FBI’s Enterprise Operations Center (EOC), although issues may require collaboration with EOC or service centers from TSC’s interagency partners.
