The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), TSC requests capability evidence of professional services firms with expertise in development, O&M, Service Desk and ES support. The TSC was established in 2003 by the Attorney General, acting through the Director of the FBI, and in coordination with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the then Director of Central Intelligence pursuant to Homeland Security Presidential Directive 6 (HSPD-6). The TSC is a multiagency center administered by FBI and staffed by officials from the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DOS) and the United States Intelligence Community (USIC). The TSC maintains the Threat Screening System (TSS), the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB), and other national security threat (NST) databases.
