UNICOR/FPI seeks hygiene kit items under a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with Economic Price Adjustment, potentially awarded as a single or multiple awards; the acquisition is open market, unrestricted, and not set aside for small business.
