Delivery includes hardware/software installation, testing, and calibration, plus onsite operator training at the Federal Correctional Institution in Cumberland, Maryland. An option for additional training days is available within 6 months of initial installation. The proposal must also detail warranty, customer support, and all included accessories with no additional cost.
