This is a five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for per-click maintenance and ink for three Canon printers at UNICOR’s Sandstone Print Factory. Services will be performed at 2300 County Road 29, Sandstone, MN, with a mandatory site visit on 7/8/2026 and NCIC forms due by 6/26/2026. The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses, with a guaranteed minimum of 36,000 clicks and an estimated maximum of 180,000 clicks over the contract life. The award will be based on best value, considering technical capability, price, past performance, and lead time.
