Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a two-year, firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract for aluminum blanks, set aside 100% for small businesses with a size standard of 1,400 employees. The performance location is UNICOR's facility at 14601 Burbridge Road SE, Cumberland, MD 21502. The desired delivery timeframe is 21 calendar days or sooner from receipt of each order, with a guaranteed contract minimum of 40,000 feet and specific minimum and maximum order values. The contract includes an Economic Price Adjustment clause and requires vendors to grant UNICOR its most-favored-customer pricing.
