This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT / MARKET RESEARCH notice to request information for Government planning purposes only. UNICOR is seeking to gain knowledge of the interest, competition adequacy and technical capabilities of commercial vendors to perform the listed services for a potential future acquisition. All information in this request is considered confidential and shall not be used by the Respondent for any reason other than responding to this request. Your response is NOT an offer. Do NOT submit proposals or offers. RESPONDING TO THIS RFI WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONTRACT OF ANY TYPE. Responses to this RFI are regarding the technical capabilities for the Repair of and Maintenance of an Aristomat GL Series Flatbed Cutter/Plotter. Small businesses are encouraged to respond. This request does not obligate UNICOR to pay any cost that any Respondent incurs in the preparation of its response. All cost associated with the preparation of a response to this request will be borne solely by the Respondent. All submitted responses shall become the property of UNICOR and will not be returned. The government requests that no proprietary or confidential business data be submitted in a response to this notice. However, responses that indicate the information therein is proprietary, it will be properly safeguarded for Government use only. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. To aid the agency, please segregate any proprietary information. Companies that believe they possess the capabilities to provide the required services should submit documentation of their ability to meet each of the requirements to the Contracting Officer. Capability statements in response to this market survey that do not provide sufficient information for evaluation will be considered non-responsive. One (1) copy of the response is required and must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. The capability statement must specifically address each of the project requirements separately.
