Responses to this RFI will assist UNICOR in market research to determine the potential level of interest, competition adequacy, and technical capabilities of commercial vendors to provide the products required for sign orders. Do NOT submit proposals or offers. THIS RFI WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONTRACT OF ANY TYPE. Small businesses are encouraged to respond. This request does not obligate Federal Prison Industries - UNICOR to pay any cost that any Respondent incurs in the preparation of its response. All cost associated with the preparation of a response to this request will be borne solely by the Respondent. All submitted responses shall become the property of UNICOR and will not be returned. The government requests that no proprietary or confidential business data be submitted in a response to this notice. However, responses that indicate the information therein is proprietary, it will be properly safeguarded for Government use only. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. To aid the agency, please segregate any proprietary information. UNICOR, FPI is seeking information about the Contractor’s capability to provide ALUMINUM MATERIALS FOR SIGNS. Companies that believe they possess the capabilities to provide the required products listed in the below attachment should submit documentation of their ability to meet each of the requirements to the Contracting Officer. Capability statements in response to this market survey that do not provide sufficient information for evaluation will be considered non-responsive. One (1) copy of the response is required and must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format. The capability statement must specifically address each of the project requirements separately. Please provide the below information: Name of Company Corporate Address, Telephone Number and Email Address UEI Number Provide Business Size and/or Socio-Economic Category (i.e. Large, Small, HUBZone, Veteran Owned Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Women Owned Small Business, etc.) North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS), please list all codes registered in SAM.gov. General Services Administration or Federal Supply Schedule information (if applicable). Ability to supply all listed items or only certain items. Which items can/cannot be supplied? What is the current industry lead time for orders of these items? Do you have minimum orders for any of these items? Any other information contractor deems pertinent to this request.
