The solicitation number is SV0135-23 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote. This is to cover an estimate 5 week period of work to be performed and complete the associated task within the statement of work. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, josh Hassler at joshua.hassler2@usdoj.gov. The subject of the email should reference SV0135-23.All offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified may not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: ? Factor 1: Demonstrated Firmwide Turnaround Results 50% ? Factor 2: Key Personnel’s Relevant Experience 40% ? Factor 3: Price 10% A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
