UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Sign Factory at FCI Cumberland, Maryland, is seeking information about the Contractor’s capability to provide VINYL MATERIALS FOR SIGNS. All information in this request is considered confidential and shall not be used by the Respondent for any reason other than responding to this request. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and your response is NOT an offer. The results of this Request for Information (RFI) will be used as Market Research to develop an Acquisitions Strategy. Do NOT submit proposals or offers. THIS RFI WILL NOT RESULT IN A CONTRACT OF ANY TYPE. This request does not obligate UNICOR SBG to pay any cost that any Respondent incurs in the preparation of its response. All cost associated with the preparation of a response to this request will be borne solely by the Respondent. If for some reason, the responses are requested by outside parties (i.e. FOIA request), the information is not protected as source selection information (FAR 2.101 and 3.104). If you intend for the information to be exempt from disclosure under FOIA Exemption 4, please indicate this in your response and on each page you want exempt. Furthermore, indicate that your response is proprietary information that may not be used, reproduced, or disclosed to any other parties for any purpose without expressed written permission. All submitted responses shall become the property of UNICOR SBG and will not be returned. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
