NAICS CODE IS 316210. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated to Sharon Oliver, Sharon.Oliver@usdoj.gov. Samples are to be submitted to Evonda Ward , FCC Petersburg 1100 River Road , Hopewell, VA 23860. The solicitation number is SV0124-22 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. Offerors must acknowledgment all amendments if any. Offers received after the exact time and date specified will not be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specification (ability to meet specifications and other requirements listed in the solicitation), Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
