This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is SV0115-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05. The North American Industry Classification System code is 333413 -- Air Filters for Air-Conditioners and Furnaces, etc. of 2400 CFM or Less, Except Parts. This requirement is UNRESTRICTED. Solicitation is issued as a one (1) year fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract, with the possibility of four (4), 1 year option periods. UNICOR IS LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NOT ONLY RAW MATERIAL TO PRODUCE FILTERS AT OUR TEXARKANA UNICOR LOCATION, BUT TO PROVIDE SALES AND MARKETING SUPPORT FOR THIS LOCATION TO VARIOUS FEDERAL FACILITIES THROUGHOUT THE U.S.A..
