This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The solicitation number is SV0113-21 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-09. The North American Industry Classification System code is 326130 -- Laminated Plastics Plate, Sheet (except packaging), and Shape Manufacturing-Laminated Plastics Plate, Sheet (except packaging). This requirement is unrestricted. Solicitation is issued as a three (3) year fixed price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Questions will be taken until Thursday, December 11th, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. (EST), and all answers will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation.
