The office space in Room 158 needs to be modified to transition to new lab space. The new lab space must be constructed to meet the secret level classification. The performance requirements of this project include: Installation of 3 electrical bus ducts, installation of a transformer, concrete pad for transformer, new double entry door for large equipment access, a low pressure dry air space with N2 ports and exhaust hood, and man bars over ducts and penetrations in 2 places above drop ceiling. Contractor must provide Build Drawings for approval.
