The requirements include removal of 2 walls, HVAC duct modifications, sprinkler modification, electrical additions, framing 2 new walls, insulate to meet sound transmission requirements, drywall, paint, flooring, acoustical ceiling, and installation of a new door. Contractor must provide Build Drawings for approval. (CDRL A014)
