The scope of this project is to renovate Building 41 on 1st floor Rooms 142, 143, 143 (Office #10 and Office #11), Conference Room 151, 3rd floor Rooms 308, 309, 309A, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315 and Conference Rooms 301, 327, 328 for Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC Crane), GXP. Project consists of remove and dispose asbestos containing material, patch and paint walls, remove existing vinyl composite tiles (VCT) flooring, remove and replace carpets and cove base, disconnect and re-connect all NMCI, RDT & and phone connections from all existing cubicles. These renovations are required to improve the building conditions.
