The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to On Step, LLC under FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. This requirement is for the FBI Washington Field Office for a supervisor training cohort program. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Hong Nguyen by email by Wednesday, February 14, 2024 4:00 PM EST. The email address is slschottler@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached is the Sole Source Justification.
