The FBI, under GSA delegation, is conducting market research to identify sources that can provide a leasehold interest in aviation hangar and mission support space in Billings, Montana, including on-airport and airport-adjacent properties. The anticipated requirement is for approximately 5,000–9,999 sq ft of aviation hangar space, including about 800–1,000 sq ft of office space. The Government will consider existing aviation hangars or facilities that can be modified, but will only evaluate existing facilities that are currently available or capable of immediate modification. Interested parties should submit a capability statement covering property control, facility status, technical capability, and entity information, including UEI, business size, and socioeconomic classification. The Government anticipates awarding a lease during October–November 2026.
