Yale EV Forklift for FBI San Francisco Division with Trade-in Credit
The FBI seeks a brand-name-only Yale EV forklift under a commercial-items RFQ evaluated on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The acquisition includes trade-in credit for an operational 2007 Yale forklift, model ERP030THN36TE082, with the new forklift delivered and the old one hauled away at the FBI San Francisco Division. Delivery/haul away is to the FBI San Francisco Field Office, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, 13th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94102. Additional quantities may be ordered at the same unit and ship-to price throughout CONUS anytime before 10/01/2026 under FAR 52.217-6 and 52.217-7. The FBI reserves the right to make multiple awards for different field offices.
