Please see the attached RFP and attachments for information. 5/9- Modification to amend dates due for proposals and questions. 5/14- Attachment added with questions received so far and their answers. 5/26- Question deadline has passed and questions and responses have been posted. 5/27- In reference to the questions that were asked and the responses, a modification was added. 5/28- A modification was added to change the NAICS code. 5/30- A modification was added to extend the due date of offers to June 13, 2025 at 11:00PM 6/04- The PEL was modified to add a price and columns for proposing alternates. Please use the updated PEL version 2.1. 6/05- PEL v2.2 was added to add the country of origin tab. Please use the update PEL v2.2. 6/05- Questions were updated to v2.1. A clarification was asked for pricing so it was added as a question and answered to ensure a fair and equitable treatment and clarity on pricing.
