Full specifications for products and services are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a Total Small Business set-aside. All quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI number in SAM.gov in order to quote. There will be a single award for all services requested. All quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Purchase Orders shall be accepted for services. Services shall be completed within 60 days from notification of award, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Contracting Officer. This RFQ falls under FAR Part 12 and 13. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced.
