*** Interested Contractors shall FULLY read the RFQ and Statement of Work (SOW) documents attached*** The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section, National Acquisition Programs Unit ... *** Interested Contractors shall FULLY read the RFQ and Statement of Work (SOW) documents attached*** The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section, National Acquisition Programs Unit (NAPU) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the FBI Jackson Division, to procure services for the purchase and installation of five (5) drum-type mini-warehouse rollup doors, one (1) steel commercial entry/pedestrian door (to include frame and support), and new replacement metal siding at its non-lethal training facility in Pearl, MS. Full specifications for products and services are outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a Total Small Business set-aside. All quotes will be evaluated on lowest price technically acceptable. All vendors shall be registered and have an active UEI number in SAM.gov in order to quote. There will be a single award for all services requested. All quotes shall be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Purchase Orders shall be accepted for services. Services shall be completed within 60 days from notification of award, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Contracting Officer. Services are required to be completed within 60 days from receipt and acceptance of award, unless otherwise noted by the Contracting Officer. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ. All quotes shall be firm fixed priced. A site visit day has been established for Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 09:00am CST to 11:00am CST. Contractors interested in providing a quote are encouraged to attend the site visit session to fully familiarize themselves with the project requirements and view the installation site/layout area(s).
