The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Procurement Section is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to solicit authorized resellers of DSM Products, Inc. brand products for the purpose of establishing a one-time, firm-fixed price, purchase order to acquire two-thousand two-hundred and fourteen (2,214) Yellow Police Safety Banners with Belt Pouch, and Shipping for the Tactical Training Unit (TTU), Training Division. DSM Safety Products, Inc. is the holder of the patent on the DSM Police Safety Banners. The patent number is US #8, 191,748 and #8,356,737. DSM Safety Products Inc. created this banner but has allowed other vendors to distribute this banner. Contractors interested in competing for this effort may participate by submitting quotes in accordance with the procedures set forth in this RFQ.
