This requirement is for the Pittsburgh Field Office. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer Laurissa Jefferson ljefferson@fbi.gov before the closing date and time.
