PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole source contract to Tuknik Government Services, LLC, Inc. for a period of up to one year (six-month base period with two three-month options) pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a). The contractor shall provide program management support services at FBI facilities in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Personnel shall be provided with the specialized skills and experience necessary to provide comprehensive support for the Accounting and Technology Section (ATS) in the areas of program management, technology support, and system security administration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, interested parties may submit interests and/or capabilities statement in response to this requirement by contacting the Contracting Officer via email at mbrantley@fbi.gov, no later than 1:00PM (eastern) 12 September 2024. Only emailed responses will be considered. A Government determination not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice will be made at the sole discretion of the Government. Interested sources that submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
