The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source a maintenance contract for the video and telecommunications (VTC) for the Washington Field Office (WFO). This will be awarded under FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Please see the attached sole source justitication. Per 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements shal be submitted to BOTH Contracting Officers Samantha Schottler slschottler@fbi.gov and David Yates at dpyates@fbi.gov on or before closing time.
