This requirement is for the Washington Field Office. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates AND Samantha L. Schottler by email. The email address is dpyates@fbi.gov and slschottler@fbi.gov respecfully. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time.
