This requirement is for the San Juan Division Headquarters. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer, Samantha Schottler by email. The email address is slschottler@fbi.gov. All capability statements or quotes shall be received before the closing date and time. Please see the attached sole source justification.
