This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number PR0000149 and is being conducted as a Brand Name or Equal competition for Bankers Almanac and Online Compliance Subscriptions. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals; the size standard is 1,000 personnel. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), eight (8) month base year and four (4) twelve (12) month option periods awarded to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, effective 01/22/2019. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis is a commercial item, fixed price contract under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13.
