SOLICITATION FOR FY23 Portable Xray Machine The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a unrestricted solicitation RFQP03072300030 for the requirements of: 1 Portable Xray Machine with a 1 year standard service agreement. Terms of the service agreement/warranties/maintenance must be thoroughly outline in your quote. FOB Destination, delivery dates will be no later than September 30th, 2023. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is firm ?fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are, considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. Items delivered will be accepted in accordance with FAR 52.211-16. The solicitation will be made available on or about Monday, August 21st, 2023 and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/.
