Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons requires quarterly Kosher food deliveries to the Federal Correctional Institution in Jesup, Georgia, with performance beginning January 1st, 2022. Deliveries are to be made to the institution's address at 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, GA. The contract is firm fixed-price, and the government may make single or multiple awards based on offers most advantageous to the government, with price rated higher than past performance. A letter of kosher certification must be included with the offer. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000 or less.
