The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Elkton, located in Lisbon, Ohio, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY BREADS. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination with delivery dates between April 2, 2025 –June 25, 2025. These exact dates will be shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Elkton-Food Service Warehouse, 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, OH 44432. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price. This will be an All or None award. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 20, 2025, and will be posted to www.beta.SAM.gov. All future information about this acquisition to include solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is March 7, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via On-line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at: http://www.beta.SAM.gov (SAM registration). Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
