The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution Elkton, located in Lisbon, Ohio, intends to issue solicitation for the requirements of: QUARTERLY DAIRY. This solicitation is unrestricted, FOB Destination with delivery dates between April 1, 2024 – June 28, 2024. These exact dates will be shown in the solicitation. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution Elkton-Food Service Warehouse, 8730 Scroggs Road, Lisbon, Ohio 44432. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government with consideration to past performance and price. This will be an All or None award. The solicitation will be made available on or about February 12, 2024, and will be posted to www.beta.SAM.gov. All future information about this acquisition to include solicitation amendments will be distributed through this website. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is February 27, 2024, at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time (EST). Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
