This announcement constitutes the only solicitation of offers that are being requested on System for Award Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). This is a single award, NAICS: 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors UPGRADE WATER TANK, for the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Schuylkill. This package contains all necessary information for you to submit a price quote to the Government. PLEASE READ THROUGH ITS ENTIRITY. The following MUST be completed and submitted with your offer: Standard Form (SF) 1449 – Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items and continuation sheets. The SF1449 MUST BE SIGNED. ALL offers shall be submitted on the specific RFQP02132500015/SF1449. Quoter(s) are advised the Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the Government. Best value/past performance will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, past performance, quality, comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Line-item quantities are for services as required by Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Schuylkill. Please quote on services specified, and ALL ITEMS MUST MEET REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS AS PROVIDED. ANY CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION CAN RESULT IN THE GOVERNMENT REJECTING PART OR ALL OF THE QUOTE(S) SUBMITTED.
