Rear The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institute, Manchester, Kentucky, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP01102000012 for the requirement of: services for the labor, materials, and equipment necessary for removing and replacing two (2) Vehicle Slide Gates and controls and two (2) Pedestrian electromechanical locking gates. The contractor shall furnish and install all accessories needed to replace our current gate system in accordance with the Statement of Work to include all required parts to replace as is. This procurement is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 238990 and the size standard is $15 million. Performance period for the project is listed in the Statement of Work. The contract type is firm fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offer whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, price being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about December 20, 2019, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website: http://beta.sam.gov.
