Description of the Requirement: This requirement is for the First Alert Software as Service Subscription licenses. First Alert is a digital content search translation, and analysis tool which delivers news alerts which transforms publicly available information into actionable breaking news alerts, identifying the most relevant information in real time for members of the USMS.
