This synopsis and solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) number DJF192300PR0005181 and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02. Please note that this is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This announcement is supplemented by an accompanying Scope of Work and associated documents. This notice will result in a single, Labor Hour contract for Canine Training Development services in direct support of the FBI Chemical and Biological Advanced Detection Technology program Offers shall include qualification details and hourly pricing rates for services as described in the accompanying RFQ, SOW and supporting documents. All responsible and eligible Small Business and Contractors may submit a quote which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
