This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This quote is being requested in a written solicitation issued for Foster-Miller Inc. dba QinetiQ North America products. No partial quotes will be considered. No partial awards will be made. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 334511 – Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing; the size standard is 1350 employees. The resultant contract is intended to be awarded as a one-time, firm-fixed price, Purchase Order. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-03. This requirement will be awarded on an all or none basis as a commercial item under the procedures at FAR Parts 12 and 13. Requested Products The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) requests pricing for the brand name products listed below. The brand name listed are Foster-Miller Inc. dba QinetiQ North America, a subsidiary of QinetiQ Inc. If vendor is providing an product, the item must contain all technical specifications included. A Brand Name Justification will be made available upon request If these descriptive(s) are not included in the submitted quote, the quote shall be considered “unresponsive”.
