This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 1, 2019 and end December 31, 2019. Delivery will made to 185 FLUSHING AVE, BROOKLYN NAVY YARD BUILDING 4, BROOKLYN, NEW YORK 11205. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 26, 2019, and will be posted to the General Services administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov.
