The Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) seeks a contractor to provide community-based outpatient substance use, mental health, sex offender, and medication assisted treatment services for male and female inmates residing at the local Residential Re-entry Center (RRC), Federal Location Monitoring (FLM), and on home confinement in Manchester, Kentucky 40962. All treatment services are to be provided by clinicians who currently hold a professional license to practice independently, without supervision, in the state where services will be rendered. Services are needed within a seven (7) mile radius of the Manchester Circuit Judge at 316 Main Street, Manchester, KY 40962. This is a rural area with limited public transportation.
