The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center, Brooklyn intends to issue solicitation 15BBR020Q0000003 for the requirements of Quarterly Dairy Items. This solicitation is restricted, 100% Small Business. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 1, 2019 and end December 31, 2019. Delivery will made to MDC, Brooklyn, 80 29th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, confirming to the solicitation, that are considered to most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available August 26, 2019 and will be posted to the General Services administration Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to insure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. All contractors doing business with the Federal government shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov . The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 03, 2019. Payment will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Faith based and Community Based Organizations (AUG 2005) is included.
